Our reputation is built on product knowledge, straight dealing, and long-term customer relationships. The Role We are recruiting a Golf Machinery Sales Specialist to grow our presence across the South West. This is a field-based role focused on golf courses. You will take ownership of the sector, develop new business as well as growing existing accounts. What You Will Do Manage and grow a portfolio of golf courses. Develop new business across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset. Promote and sell specialist turf equipment from Baroness, Kubota, Trimax, Campeys, Echo, and Cramer. Deliver product demonstrations and support evaluations on site. Manage the full sales process from first contact through to order, delivery and follow-up. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Represent Vincents at trade shows, demo days and industry events. What You Bring Experience within the golf, groundcare, turf sectors. Strong understanding of turf equipment and its application in professional environments. Confident communicator, comfortable with course managers and business owners. Self-motivated and organised; able to manage territory and diary without supervision. Full UK driving licence. Experience with brands such as Baroness, Kubota, Trimax, Campeys, or similar. Existing contacts within golf courses. Trailer towing experience. The Person Commercial mindset with a clear focus on results. Credible with technically-minded customers. Structured approach to pipeline management. Reliable, professional, and consistent. Comfortable working independently while contributing to the wider sales team.
