Role Overview As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will be the strategic partner for our key commercial accounts across the Canadian market. You will drive supply chain performance, optimize inventory and distribution, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to meet customer demand and business growth objectives. A Day in the Life You will partner with account teams to forecast demand, plan production, and replenish inventory. You will analyze key performance indicators such as in‑stock levels, fill rates, and on‑time delivery, and you will identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. You will lead discussions with commercial clients on promotional schedules, inventory strategies, and category initiatives, and you will influence decisions through clear, concise communication. Who You Are – Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field 2 to 5 years of supply chain or commercial account experience Previous experience in a CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) role is an asset Experience working with large retail accounts such as Wal‑Mart, Shoppers, or Loblaws is an asset Customer‑focused, client‑facing experience Strong problem‑solving, influencing, and negotiating skills Bilingual – English and French Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and Retail Link is a strong asset Benefits Hybrid working method with flexible work‑style Exclusive employee discounts up to 50% Free and confidential 24/7 virtual health program Phenomenal vacation policy and defined benefit pension plan from day one Tailored career growth plan and exposure to upper management Summer and winter Fridays, virtual learning platform, and much more Compensation & Location Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area – Salary range: CA$100,000.00 – CA$125,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
