Position Summary: The successful candidate will lead a small team of Business Process Automation specialists and personally participate in the hands‑on implementation, integration and troubleshooting/testing of Business Process Automation flows/processes including web service invocations, embedded scripts and user interactions. The successful candidate will work with end users and other stakeholders to define and refine the applicable Business Processes prior to implementation and follow‑up with them post‑implementation to confirm that what has been implemented meets the need in practical use. Key Areas of Responsibility Implement, integrate, and troubleshoot/test Business Process Automation (BPA) flows/processes including web service invocations, embedded scripts, and user interactions. Automate Business Processes, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure the defined processes meet the need. Lead a team of BPA specialists providing direct oversight of their work. Basic Qualifications Experience working with Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA). Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent. 15 years of Software Development and Business Process Automation experience, including at least 2 years leading a team of software or BPA developers. 5 years of experience automating business processes and developing web services (Java web services). Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Experience with Enterprise Software Integration, secure distributed environments, and API design (REST with bearer tokens). Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting proxies. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Scrum/Agile software development environment. Experience with Power BI. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with military, aerospace, or complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domains. Compensation The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position is between $112,914.08 and $194,331.30 CAD annually, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
