Ce poste est à temps plein, contractuel jusqu'à Mai 2025, et le concepteur pédagogique sera requis sur le site du client pour effectuer les taches attribuées.

Responsibilities

  • Mener des évaluations approfondies des besoins pour analyser les problèmes de performance humaine en alignement avec le Système d'instruction individuelle et d'éducation des Forces canadiennes (SIIEFC) Vol 2 ou le modèle d'Analyse, Conception, Développement, Mise en œuvre et Évaluation (ADDIE)
  • Aider à définir les résultats requis en matière de formation et d'éducation en fonction des performances essentielles sur le terrain, conformément au SIIEFC Vol 3 ou à un système équivalent comme le modèle ADDIE
  • Sélectionner et décrire les programmes d'instruction conformément au SIIEFC Vol 4 et 7, ainsi qu'aux Directives de développement de cours du Réseau d'apprentissage de la Défense (DLN), ou des systèmes comparables comme le modèle ADDIE et les plateformes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) telles que Moodle
  • Développer des supports pédagogiques efficaces conformément au SIIEFC Vol 5 et aux Directives de développement de cours du DLN
  • Évaluer les supports pédagogiques pour leur conversion potentielle en eLearning, en tout ou en partie, selon les Directives de développement de cours du DLN
  • Dispenser des sessions de formation à l'équipe pédagogique
  • Produire des rapports complets d'évaluation des besoins, des normes de qualification (NQ), des plans de formation (PF), des curricula, des storyboards finaux scénarisés, des guides de style, des supports pédagogiques et des rapports d'évaluation
  • Identifier et signaler les lacunes en équipement de formation
  • Surveiller les activités de formation, en fournissant des retours constructifs pour améliorer les techniques pédagogiques
  • Proposer des améliorations de la formation par la chaîne de commandement appropriée
  • Développer des exercices pour soutenir et améliorer les programmes de formation

Qualifications

  • Doit répondre aux critères suivants (A, B ou C):
  • A - Minimum d'un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (tout sujet confondu) ET Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique, ainsi que six (6) mois d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique de produits eLearning
  • B – Minimum d'un diplôme collégial (tout sujet confondu) ET Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique, ainsi que six (6) mois d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique de produits eLearning
  • C – Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires, ou équivalent militaire ET Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique, ainsi que six (6) mois d'expérience dans la conception pédagogique de produits eLearning
