This role partners closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing and client service materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners to produce high-quality marketing and client servicing presentations within defined SLAs Manage and prioritize routine and ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy and quality control Maintain ownership of sales support content, ensuring clear, value-added messaging Adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements across all materials Translate complex financial and investment information into clear, client-ready communications Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, adjusting priorities as intake changes Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes, leading improvement initiatives Support client and sales activities across multiple stages of the pipeline Required Skills & Qualifications Required (Must-Have) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Project management experience Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills Risk management mindset 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services, including capital markets, asset management, or related fields Strong attention to detail and quality control focus Preferred / Nice-to-Have Fully bilingual (French and English) Experience supporting investment management or wealth asset management teams Investment industry accreditation (asset) Education & Experience Post-secondary education required Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Marketing preferred CFA certification or relevant financial certification (asset) Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Capital Markets Strong understanding of investment and market concepts Department Overview Client's Asset Management Inc. is one of Canada’s leading investment management firms, offering active, enhanced, and passive portfolio management solutions to retail and institutional investors.
