As part of the IT team, you will play a key role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of the ERP system. You'll work in a structured, ticket-driven support environment while contributing to functional enhancements that directly support business users across Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing.Key responsibilities include:Analyzing and resolving complex ERP support ticketsDeveloping and maintaining C# programs aligned with business needsTesting, validating, and documenting fixes and enhancementsCollaborating with analysts, end users, and project teamsImproving system stability, performance, and integrationProducing technical and user documentation, release notes, and training materialsApplying development best practices and change management processes College diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of programming experience, preferably in an ERP environmentManufacturing industry experience is a strong assetSolid expertise in C# development and Microsoft technologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently on complex issuesStrong communication skills in both French and EnglishDetail-oriented, user-focused, and quality-driven mindsetCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible schedule with hybrid work optionsStructured and collaborative environment focused on continuous improvementHands-on projects with direct operational impactTechnologies include C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, Crystal Reports, ERP systems (Epicor an asset), HTML a plus
