All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions. As part of the IT team, you will play a key role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of the ERP system. You'll work in a structured, ticket-driven support environment while contributing to functional enhancements that directly support business users across Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and resolving complex ERP support tickets Developing and maintaining C# programs aligned with business needs Testing, validating, and documenting fixes and enhancements Collaborating with analysts, end users, and project teams Improving system stability, performance, and integration Producing technical and user documentation, release notes, and training materials Applying development best practices and change management processes College diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of programming experience, preferably in an ERP environment Manufacturing industry experience is a strong asset Solid expertise in C# development and Microsoft technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Ability to work independently on complex issues Strong communication skills in both French and English Detail-oriented, user-focused, and quality-driven mindset Competitive salary based on experience Flexible schedule with hybrid work options Structured and collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Hands-on projects with direct operational impact Technologies include C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, Crystal Reports, ERP systems (Epicor an asset), HTML a plus
