Interim Co-Founder/CTO Favens is a curated creative platform that connects businesses with talented freelancers through compatibility and curation. Designed to eliminate compromise in creative vision, Favens pairs each client with the right creative partner; ensuring every project feels original, aligned, and elevated. It bridges the gap between agency structure and freelance freedom, offering brands a smoother, more personalized way to bring ideas to life. Role Description We’re looking for a technical co‑founder to lead product development at Favens; from MVP to scalable platform. This person will build the backend architecture, implement AI‑driven matching and CRM systems, and oversee the integration of payment, chat, and dashboard features. You will be the first engineer at a brand‑driven startup redefining how creatives connect with brands. You will have the freedom to architect the product and shape the company from day one. Ideally, the Interim Co‑Founder/CTO is a builder with strong ownership, creativity, and a desire to grow something from the ground up. Qualifications We’re looking for someone driven, curious, and ready to grow alongside Favens. The ideal candidate is a student or early‑career builder who brings both strong technical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
