Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback for product improvements. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff. Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive insights.
