Job ID: Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec. Position Title Marketing Coordinator – Metcalfe, ON Role Summary The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing team in implementing marketing, communication, advertising, and customer experience strategies to promote Permacon and its activities, ensuring strong market visibility. Key Responsibilities Manage Permacon’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram); create content and manage community. Create video and photo content, overseeing photographers/videographers, 3D artists from shooting to final edits and distribution. Manage the website: update product pages, add photos, create blog articles, and update client tools such as event pages, technical documents, hatching patterns, and textures. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools tailored to industry segments: landscaping, masonry, and retail. Develop digital and print marketing assets: catalogs, newsletters, product guides, installation guides, price lists, promotional brochures, and sales presentations. Participate in other marketing initiatives at Permacon. Requirements and Qualifications University degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent command of spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of social media platforms and how they function. Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Strong project management and problem‑solving skills. Excellent teamwork abilities; able to work under pressure with attention to detail. Knowledge of printing processes. Benefits Employer‑paid dental and vision care (100%).
