ABOUT THIS JOB
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our accounting and finance team. You will be responsible for managing taxes, audits, month-end close, and other financial reporting. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, CPA Certified, and at least 5 years of experience in a related field. If that’s you, join us
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and monitor all financial activity of the organization
Manage company cash flow and ensure regular reconciliations of all accounts
Prepare company financial statements monthly and annually, as needed
Analyze and interpret financial data and present the information with reports to management
Use data analysis to strategically forecast financial trends
Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals
Advise on financial decision making to increase profits and long-term growth
Set up internal audits to ensure the accuracy of information
Manage year-end Audit and Tax work
Direct the accounting and finance teams, and delegate tasks accordingly
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA required
Big 4 Audit experience preferred
5+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
Experience changing ERP systems successfully with minimum business disruption
Experience managing a team
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Thorough communication, technological, and analytical skills
Experience with creating financial statements
High proficiency with Microsoft computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Accounting and GAAP knowledge
