Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Job type: Full time and Permanent

Salary: $18/Hourly for 40 hours a week (Overtime as per ON labor laws)

Minimum Education: Completion of high school

Positions Available: 1

Job Location: Dwight, ON

Completion of secondary school
1 years of related experience is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on all shifts (morning, day, evening & weekend)

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of food service staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders and other restaurant employees.
Train and guide staff on food preparation and service procedures, workplace safety, sanitation and proper handling of food and beverages.
Monitor food service operations to ensure consistent food quality, timely service and compliance with the restaurant’s standards.
Respond to customers’ questions, complaints and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve service issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain and review records related to food and beverage inventory, stock levels, sales, waste and equipment or supply needs.
Prepare and adjust staff work schedules based on business volume, operating hours and staffing requirements.
