Current studies include 1PDA (1st Party Data Attribution), BLS (Brand Lift Study), ACR (Incremental Reach), FTA (Football Attribution), and Engagement Lift. Remote‑first company, open to candidates anywhere in Canada. What You'll Be Doing Build, design, improve, and debug complex product features and underlying systems. Write extensible, scalable, and test‑driven code. Take part in sprint planning and architectural decision‑making. Collaborate with team members on designing scalable, well‑tested, and well‑documented web architecture, including APIs and backend systems. Expected to own projects from start to finish. Contribute to code reviews and technical spec reviews. What You'll Bring to the Table 2+ years of full‑time experience building high‑performant web applications. Proficiency in frontend technologies – React, TypeScript, Redux, etc. Proven experience designing scalable, high‑performance systems, including web APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and asynchronous backend services. Experience with full‑stack technologies such as React/TypeScript + NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, Django, Java Spring Boot (highly preferred). Experience delivering client‑facing projects end‑to‑end, from design to delivery. Collaboration with Product & Design to iterate on high‑impact product experiences.
