Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's Location: Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The Assistant Store Manager role at Spencer's involves establishing and maintaining guest services and supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control per company policies. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain guest services. • Support Store Manager with store operations, sales, and profitability. • Develop staff, control expenses, and manage shrinkage. • Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures. Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $19.65 to $19.90 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
