Assistant Store Manager – British Columbia & Alberta
Location: Various locations across BC & Alberta
Industry: Automotive Retail
Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (base + commission, depending on store performance and experience)

Leadership & Team Development
- Help build and lead a motivated, customer‑focused team
- Collaborate with the Manager to perform team huddles & meetings and ensure clear communication across the store
- Collaborate with recruitment to maintain optimal staffing levels

- Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and performance reviews
