Landing Regional Water Pipeline Utility SASK LANDING REGIONAL WATER PIPELINE UTILITY is seeking applications for the position of: Secretary /Treasurerb> Part-time: 2-3 days per week. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Grade 12 education, with at least two years experience in an office environment. Must be bondable. Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate books, documents and records for the Utility. Preparing and providing statements, reports and other information as required by the Board. Understanding bylaws and assisting with their preparation and amendment. Performing accounting and bookkeeping duties, including: Financial statements Accounts payable and accounts receivable Payroll Deposit and cheque preparation Preparing and submitting the annual budget Attending board meetings and other meetings as directed, and preparing accurate minutes. Knowledge of computerized accounting software (QuickBooks) is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
