Consultant, Field Finance (12 month contract) Join to apply for the Consultant, Field Finance (12 month contract) role at McDonald's . How would you like to work for the #1 quick service restaurant operation in the world? We currently have a 12-month contract opportunity as a Finance Consultant available in the Finance team. This position reports to the Manager and works closely with Finance Directors and key stakeholders. We are seeking a motivated professional eager to learn, develop, and grow within our organization. Responsibilities The person in this role will have the following major responsibilities: Support and Accelerate Business Growth Analyze the impact of business initiatives on profitability and present findings to management. Participate in developing strategic plans at national and regional levels. Assess the financial viability of new and existing restaurant sites. Provide recommendations to improve profitability and processes. Build financial models to identify opportunities and assess risks. Lead special projects with oversight from Controllers. Risk Management Monitor franchisees' financial health and provide guidance. Interpret industry trends and advise on risk mitigation. Governance Update and establish financial policies and standards. Ensure understanding and compliance among stakeholders. Reporting and Planning Monitor and report on regional and franchisee financial performance. Improve reporting processes. Prepare forecasts and projections. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; CPA designation preferred. 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst. Ability to independently manage finance projects. Proactive with a drive for improvement. Strong communication skills for presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills. Continuous learner mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in analytical tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
