Senior Associate, Finance as a Service Are you a detail-oriented CPA with a passion for helping clients streamline their financial operations? If so, RSM's Accounting and Finance Consulting team is the right fit for you Perform and oversee full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support month-end and year-end close procedures. Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency. Provide accounting, finance and business advisory services to clients. Work closely with team leadership and clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency. Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations. Understand RSM’s service lines and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery. Required Qualifications Canadian CPA Strong understanding of accounting systems and cloud-based tools. 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced setting Ability and willingness to collaborate and work in team settings. Advanced written and verbal communication skills Firm understanding of general accounting functions Ability to understand the business objectives, people, and processes with our clients Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Willingness to travel, depending on clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multiple projects environment. Previous client service experience Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Accounting Benefits and Compensation Compensation Range: $68,000 - $108,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
