I am looking for a project accountant in the construction industry for a temporary one-month assignment. The position offers the possibility of hybrid working. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, your tasks will include : Accounting for and recording supplier invoices Responding to calls and emails from suppliers Preparing payments Checking supplier account statements Managing receipts and cancellations Being able to process more than 100 invoices per week Managing 4 to 8 projects simultaneously Assisting at month-end Performing 3-way matching and coding What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience Experience in the construction industry Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a team Comfortable with a paperless environment What we offer Competitive salary based on experience Remote work Flexible schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
