Overview Outside Sales Associate | Tremco CPG Inc. Location: Ottawa, ON Join Tremco CPG Inc. as an ambitious, self-motivated Outside Sales Associate with a proven record of effort-driven success. Tremco is North America’s largest roofing maintenance service provider. The company focuses on restoring rather than replacing roofs and buildings when possible, benefiting customers and the planet. Responsibilities Participate in a year-long training program as part of the program, paired with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to provide comprehensive, hands-on training in commercial roofing sales. Travel within the assigned territory to develop and manage customer relationships and drive sales opportunities. Qualifications Associate’s degree (AAS), or trade school certification, or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred. Recent college graduates and/or 1–2 years in sales; former athletes are encouraged to apply. Fluency in French is a plus; must have a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal business systems; strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability. Willingness to participate in the year-long training program; self-motivated with excellent organizational skills; goal-oriented. Compensation and Benefits Base salary (typical range $60,000–$80,000, depending on qualifications and other factors). Full health benefits, RRSP, pension plan.
