Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Dutch and English

Our client, a leading provider of legal and administrative services, is seeking a English and Dutch Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. Job Title: Customer Service Representative, English and Dutch Location: Remote – Anywhere in Canada Pay Rate: $32/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues. Provide accurate information about services and company policies to customers. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an asset). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Dutch . Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software. What’s in it for you?
