The Role We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Research & Engagement team. You’ll lead high-impact projects in political, union, and advocacy spaces – from polling and focus groups to digital engagement and voter contact strategies – while building strong client relationships and driving new business. What You’ll Do Find new business and build strong client relationships and grow accounts Help support political, union and advocacy campaigns Support the delivery of polling focus groups, and engagement projects Represent us at events and in the community Help shape business and service strategy What You Bring 10+ years in political campaigning, union leadership, or consulting. Strong reputation and connections withing politics, unions or advocacy groups. Proven track record in sales, strategy, and project management. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience in opinion research, engagement, and campaign tools (polling, TTHs, texting, etc.).
