This role is ideal for someone who wants to make an outsized impact at the intersection of insight, strategy, and growth.What You’ll Be DoingIn this key role, you’ll lead end-to-end engagements that help clients define priorities, uncover new opportunities, and build competitive advantage. You’ll bring structure to complexity, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure every deliverable is both insightful and actionable.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with senior clients to shape project scope, steer deliverables, and facilitate workshops and working sessionsPresent with confidence in high-stakes settings, including C-suite forums, building trusted advisor relationshipsTranslate consumer insights, cultural signals, and commercial data into sharp, future-facing strategiesBuild market sizing, forecasting, and opportunity models that ground recommendations in business impactApply foresight and trend intelligence to help clients anticipate disruption and shape what’s nextLead strategic engagements end-to-end, aligning research, strategy, and storytelling to drive confident decisionsOwn workstreams with confidence, driving progress independently while engaging the right collaborators at the right timeGuide teams through ambiguity, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring deliverables are insightful and actionableContribute to Strategy3’s thought leadership agenda, developing points of view and foresight perspectives that advance industry conversationsHelp recruit, develop, and inspire the next generation of consultants within Strategy3Collaborate with Ipsos teams worldwide to bring global perspective and integrated solutions to Canadian clientsCultivate long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for impact and growthContribute to proposals and new business efforts, helping design tailored strategies to meet client needsExperience & ExpertiseWhat You Bring to the Table8–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic insights; exposure to trends and foresight is a strong assetUndergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferredSkills & CapabilitiesProven ability to structure and solve complex problems — connecting dots across data, insight, and business prioritiesStrong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, modeling, and translating quantitative data into clear recommendationsExcellent writing skills, able to synthesize diverse inputs into compelling storiesLeadership & MindsetExecutive presence and outstanding communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior and C-suite stakeholdersEntrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance client impact and sustainable growthCollaborative mindset with a desire to mentor others and foster a strong team cultureCuriosity about the cultural, technological, and behavioral shifts shaping the futureComfort working across industries, quickly adapting to new sectors, audiences, and challenges.If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
