You have a knack for sourcing, nurturing, and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring demands. Join the Ledcor team in Toronto, ON today Essential Responsibilities: Provide full-cycle recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation aligned with hiring plans Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing methods Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent across diverse markets Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needs Partner with business leaders to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with short- and long-term growth objectives Lead recruitment efforts for specialized functions, including the building construction division Develop competency-based screening and behavioral interview guides to assess role fit and alignment with company values Utilize recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, track performance, and meet hiring KPIs Promote employer branding through networking events, campus outreach, trade shows, and talent campaigns Collaborate closely with HR partners and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, positive candidate and stakeholder experience Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience with a combination in both agency and corporate environments with a focus on delivering business results Experience recruiting in Buildings construction and Infrastructure industry is preferred Ability to work independently and remotely by managing priorities appropriately Willingness to represent Ledcor and attend construction industry networking events as required. Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcing Proven ability to build strong relationships with multiple business leaders, and influence decisions related to recruitment and hiring practices Exceptional candidate relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connections Ability to manage time and deliver results for multiple business units with competing priorities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written along with experience communicating effectively to a diverse customer group is essential Strong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, coaching and influencing skills Working Conditions: This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week attending the office, with the flexibility of additionally attending the office as the business requires Compensation $75,200.00 - $103,400.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
