Job Title: Part-Time Crowdsourced Worker Recruiter for **Canadian** positions

**Job Description**:
We are a growing technology company focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that specializes in crowdsourced workers. We are looking for a part-time Crowdsourced Worker Recruiter who can help us find and recruit skilled and talented individuals to join our crowdsourced workforce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with hiring managers and the human resources team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new recruits.
- Providing feedback to the team regarding recruitment processes, strategies and job descriptions, and making recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in crowdsourcing recruitment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as online job boards and social media platforms.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: Up to $65,904.22 per year

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
