Job Title: 3DExperience Senior Solution Architect

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

•Min 15+ Years of experience with 5+ years as a 3DExperience solution architect

•Must have architected at least three 3DExperience Enovia implementation or transformation programs..

•Should have strong experience in leading architect team to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.

•Ability to build strong team in remote conditions

•Should have ability to identify and select right talent

•Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services

•Act as key Contributor of the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework

•Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks

•Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes

•Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation

•Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DExperience Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort

•Leverage collaboration between Capgemini organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction

•Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope

•Support Consultants and architects

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Experience of managing and mentoring junior talent.


Technical Skills:

•Experience handling large scale 3DExperience programs is desirable.

•Experience in Agile development especially on Agile SAFe.

•Experience in Analyzing business processes and business requirements

•Exposure to Cloud technologies, DevOps

•Define software architecture, Technology strategy and executing feasibility study

•Follow company standards, Forecast workload

•Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations

Additional Skills:

•Must have exposure of Engineering and Manufacturing IT implementation/support in various Industry sector

•TOGAF certified is highly desirable

•Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role

•Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast
