What you’ll Do Cultivate strong cross‑functional relationships with Field Leadership, Stores, Brands, Merchants, Marketing, and Category Brand Managers to assess event opportunities, build strategic regional event calendars, and oversee execution within assigned categories Provide hands‑on store support through regular store visits, validating planning and execution to ensure precision, operational excellence, and strong goal achievement across all activations Analyze event performance, category growth, and brand reporting to uncover insights and identify opportunities that inform strategic direction for future national event activations Partner with store teams to plan, drive, and evaluate event execution, providing data‑driven recommendations, adjusting support levels as needed, and making timely decisions that advance program growth through innovative, “out‑of‑the‑box” ideas Develop a comprehensive regional events roadmap aligned with merchandising strategies, brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and regional KPIs—leveraging evolving insights to enable swift, informed decision‑making and ensuring strategies remain agile, integrated, and impactful year‑round Collaborate with Store Leadership and Business Operations to ensure event inventory is cycle‑counted, aligned to brand activation objectives, and ready for timely execution. Partner with Retail Communications and Business Operations to deliver clear, timely event communications and task management to all stores Lead strategy and execution for large‑scale events and out‑of‑store activations, including high‑profile appearances by founders, influencers, and celebrities. Work cross‑functionally to coordinate localized brand programs tailored to regional priorities and client demand Support Field and Store Leadership in building business acumen and driving category growth through event‑based programs that accelerate total‑world growth and deliver differentiated, high‑impact client experiences Serve as a subject matter expert on store event tools and platforms (including Smartsheet, Tableau, and internal systems) during store visits—ensuring accurate data, optimized workflows, actionable insights, and fully equipped cross‑functional teams capable of effective, end‑to‑end event execution Identify emerging category trends and regional market shifts, making forward‑looking, informed decisions that shape breakthrough strategies and drive long‑term program growth through brand investments Maintain a strong in‑store presence (70–80% of the workweek) to effectively support store teams, oversee execution, and ensure operational excellence across events What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in brand management, retail operations, or marketing—preferably within a multi‑unit retail environment Experience supporting or influencing store‑level execution across multiple locations is strongly preferred High organization and self‑motivation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively across teams and cross‑functional partners Strategic problem‑solving skills, agility, and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver results through collaboration and inclusive peer leadership Ability to collaborate effectively with field leaders and stores, building partnerships while holding teams accountable for executing events with precision, consistency, and excellence Strong communication skills and experience working with Microsoft 365—or a similar web‑based collaboration platform Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and build collaborative partnerships, supported by strong communication and presentation skills to lead cross‑functional meetings and confidently drive alignment A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and pioneering new approaches to experiential retail Strong knowledge of field team dynamics and retail sales strategies Proven business acumen with the ability to drive sales and maximize value even with limited resources Ability to travel to stores within your region 70 – 80% of the time You have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable car Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) required #FSCHIRING What You’ll Get Caring Community.
