Full-time, reporting to Design Director and ECD as part of the Design team Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in office (Toronto/North York) Starting salary range between $75-100K, depending on experience and competency Full benefits and vacation package Support system for personal and professional development Generating original and compelling visual concepts and ensuring that they meet brand and accessibility standards across a variety of media. Championing clients’ brand standards and their application in a B2B environment Collaborating closely and constructively with Writers, Project + Account Managers and Developers Presenting to clients, and contributing to the development of an exceptional client experience Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team Ensuring file structure and labelling are exemplary on all projects Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a creative role, at least one as an Art Director, with a history of leading creative projects. Strong proficiency of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms). Knowledge of After Effects and experience using AI tools is an asset. Understanding of agency processes and team structures Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design or a related creative field is a bonus.
