Employer Industry: Renewable Energy Why Consider this Job Opportunity: Competitive base salary Comprehensive compensation packages Open PTO policy Flexible work hours Opportunity to work with a transparent Executive Leadership Team Chance to contribute to the development of utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Identify and research land opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects Work on initiatives related to site acquisition, financing, and development of projects Negotiate with landowners on site control agreements Support development activities for renewable energy and energy storage projects Focus on tax abatement, permitting, and environmental compliance What is Required (Qualifications): 3-5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, or natural gas Hands-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage space Understanding of the RFP / RFI process for project development Knowledge of project siting, permitting, and due diligence for renewable projects Experience with site prospecting, land negotiations, and project financing How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Exposure or project experience with energy storage, battery storage, or solar + storage Strong communication skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
