What You Will Accomplish with Us As a Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Manage employees and contractors for whom you represent the first level of management. Manage the workload of the resources under your responsibility. Serve as the operational IT contact for the Networking team regarding the solutions and services offered. Be accountable for the delivery of solutions, service provision, and the performance of your team. Frequently act as a representative of the organization's IT assets. What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role We are looking for someone who: Has 10 years of experience in a leadership role, including 5 years in management. Is recognized for transformational leadership. Has proven experience leading enterprise-wide or ambiguous transformation programs. Has the ability to bring clarity and structure in evolving contexts. Is familiar with agile and SAFe delivery and governance frameworks. Has experience working with vendors (asset). Demonstrates effective stakeholder alignment and governance. Has experience managing governance structures and escalation paths. Is recognized for technical and domain expertise; solid understanding of Salesforce, Experience Cloud, CRM, and MuleSoft integrations (asset). Has excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Has an advanced level of English proficiency as the person will be required to lead meetings and write emails with their team and internal/external partners on a daily basis.
