**Position Summary**:
As the Manager, IT Service Delivery, you will be responsible for providing an ongoing link between the IT and R&D teams to ensure effective work and communication between these groups. EXFO is a high-tech company with significant challenges. As such, our people must be prepared to take on complex challenges.**Your role**:

- Organize regular meetings with the various development and product teams to follow up on requests and projects
- Ensure continuous communication during infrastructure changes
- Follow up on all important and urgent requests from the development and product teams
- Manage the IT team dedicated to the development and product teams
- Ensure project management
- Organize events to keep the global IT teams up to date on new products and technologies used in development

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of agile principles
- Knowledge of product development processes
- High level knowledge of IT technologies

**Required Skills**:

- Experience managing an information technology team
- Experience in change management
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Customer service oriented
- Autonomous and motivated

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience: 3 years minimum in infrastructure or IT support team management
- Language requirement: Good oral and written communication skills (in French and English)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
