Large general contractor is seeking experienced Bid Manager with 8+ years of experience in pursuits phase of major projects. You have extensive experience delivering RFP/RFQ of large infrastructure projects ($100m+). Responsibilities of Bid Manager: Bid Manager will manage the development of proposals for P3 and other design build projects Provide management of the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplines. Analyze project requirements and development of a strategy focused on winning the opportunity Be responsible for the development of submissions and presentations for RFP period collaborative meeting process in conjunction with the design team; review and assessment of all RFP documentation and requirements Work collaboratively in a team environment with our mechanical and electrical design managers, project estimators, capital development director, marketing team, legal team, and facility management team. Education & Experience of Bid Manager: Bid Manager has a construction-related degree/diploma and 8-10 years of bid management experience within civil infrastructure projects Bid Manager has a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, design development, municipal approvals, scheduling, project management, and contract software You have the ability to confidently mentor a team while developing and maintaining strong client relations Benefits: Unique career opportunity within a progressive and innovative environment with continuous learning and opportunity for growth.
