About the Role:

We are looking for an eCommerce Optimization consultant in Ontario Canada to support us with producing a pitch to optimize our global beauty client's Canadian eCommerce assets for a plethora of highly-recognizable beauty brands for the Canadian market. As an eCommerce Creative Operations Consultant, you will help us pitch and win the business for a massive program overseeing Creative Operations innovation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects shepherding creative assets for our thriving eCommerce business outlining project scopes, resourcing requirements, timelines of various deliverable types, and E-Tail strategy. You will oversee project deliverables for designers, retouchers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for D2C audiences.


This will be a remote position, but candidates must be located in Ontario, Canada to be considered.


Responsibilities :

  • Project Scoping: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Estimate resource requirements (personnel, time, budget) based on project complexity and scope. Develop realistic project timelines, considering dependencies and potential risks. Create and manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in creative workflows and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets (images, videos, graphics) to ensure easy accessibility and efficient use.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track project performance, measure key metrics, and provide insights to inform future creative strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and merchandising.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Creative Operations overseeing eCommerce optimization, particularly around creative asset delivery.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Highly knowledgeable of requirements to produce various eCommerce deliverables, specs, and assets including Product Copy, Design, Videos, Photography, Retouching/Finishing, Asset Management, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management and workflow optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury, or other relevant D2C industries.
  • Creative Operations experience at a consulting level, able to provide businesses and major organizations with blueprints on how to successfully drive eCommerce optimization for creative to optimize and increase sales.
