Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, coach, and develop staff while promoting accountability, inclusion, and resilience Drive guest experience excellence: Model GUIDE service standards and ensure every visitor receives personalized, knowledgeable service Manage operations: Create effective schedules, oversee timecards and compliance, and ensure safety, loss prevention, and SOP adherence Steward the store's financial health: Manage expenses, analyze KPIs and P&Ls, and drive profitable business strategies Cultivate local community ties: Plan brand-right events, manage store marketing budgets, and build strong partnerships with local organizations Champion sustainability: Embed waste-reduction and stewardship into store practices, and educate guests and team members on our Arctic Fox Initiative, Down Promise, and other core programs Own the product experience: Collaborate on assortments, oversee visual merchandising, manage inventory lifecycle, and drive sales conversion through product knowledge WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT You're a values-driven leader who knows how to balance heart and hustle.
