**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage sales strategies and implement promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle inventory management, including stock levels, pricing, and product displays.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll, sales transactions, and employee performance.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in training development and team management within a retail environment.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results through effective strategies.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions and inquiries.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to manage pricing strategies effectively while maintaining competitive edge.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,886.00-$50,000.00 per year
