**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
  • Lead, train, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage sales strategies and implement promotional activities to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Handle inventory management, including stock levels, pricing, and product displays.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll, sales transactions, and employee performance.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

**Skills**

  • Proven experience in training development and team management within a retail environment.
  • Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results through effective strategies.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
  • Ability to manage pricing strategies effectively while maintaining competitive edge.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,886.00-$50,000.00 per year
