Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Director who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients and managing our marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of media buyers, launching new clients, and ensuring that our client fulfillment KPIs are consistently met. Your ability to innovate, strategize, and communicate effectively will be key to achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of media buyers, ensuring that client ads are refreshed and new ad campaigns are created regularly.
- R&D and Testing: Conduct research and development tests for new ad angles and creatives, such as our successful "Tired Eye Rescue" treatment campaign.
- Client Onboarding & Launches: Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth launch process, driving the initial success of their campaigns.
- Strategic Management: Be the driving force behind our marketing team's efforts to hit key client fulfillment KPIs, including ad spend efficiency and lead generation.
- Client Success: Act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them to understand and utilize our systems effectively while building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Campaign Analysis: Review campaign data to identify trends and insights, making strategic recommendations to optimize client performance.
- Innovation: Regularly test new strategies and ideas to improve lead quality and campaign results.
Minimum Requirements:
- Client-Centric: A genuine passion for helping clients grow their businesses, breaking through limiting beliefs, and building strong partnerships with our spa partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to listen intently and communicate effectively.
- Digital Marketing Experience: An inclination towards or experience in digital marketing, with confidence in making strategic decisions and advising clients.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, oversee multiple campaigns, and drive results.
- Attention to Detail: A surgical attention to detail is crucial for ensuring that no important details slip through the cracks.
What We Offer:
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere with an 8-hour overlap with EST (9 AM to 5 PM EST Toronto/New York Time).
- Compensation: Base salary plus bonuses based on milestones hit, with on-track earnings ranging between $65k - $81k CAD.
