The Opportunity:

TechVision is seeking an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial minded professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a great opportunity for any Recruitment Consultant that is looking to work for a fast-growing organization where they will be greatly rewarded for their successes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation.
  • a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media
  • a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
  • qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team
  • creative sourcing techniques to uncover both active and passive talent through internal candidate database and external websites including LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other creative means.
  • well written and compelling candidate presentations to showcase and highlight the match between the sourced talent and our client's requirements.
  • revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.


Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • years of recruitment experience
  • experience of LinkedIn recruitment and ability to use Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing candidates
  • Internet research skills
  • attention to detail with solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • individual with a high degree of tenacity to achieve results
  • sense of urgency
