You will service and grow PH&N’s direct-to-investor distribution business by leveraging your mutual funds knowledge to advise a diverse client base. Primary communication is over the phone, with occasional email and occasional in-person meetings. Please visit: for more information. Responsibilities Provide investment advice to all existing and prospective clients over the phone Analyze data to understand the client’s goals and objectives Recommend an appropriate mix of funds and explain why they are suitable for each client Provide information on a wide range of financial planning concepts, including tax, estates, and retirement planning Accept trade instructions over the phone and execute trades in compliance with RBC requirements What you need to succeed Must Have Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC), licensed for at least 1 year Minimum 1–3 years of experience selling mutual funds Ability to handle large client volumes and clearly communicate complex investment strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Bilingual French (written and spoken) preferred Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP) Completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) What’s in it for you?
