Lysander Funds is an independent Investment Fund Manager with headquarters in Toronto and regional offices in Montreal and Vancouver. We offer investment products to financial advisors and their clients with the aim of helping investors reach their long-term financial goals. The Associate, Sales will work closely with the Vice President, Sales for British Columbia and report to the Vice President, National Sales. The Associate, Sales will work successfully in a team environment and build effective and collaborative working relationships inside and outside the team, while maintaining professionalism and a passion for sales.
This is a full-time role working out of our Vancouver office.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting sales communications to prospects and existing investment advisors.
- Supporting external Vice President, Sales by booking meetings, planning sales, and servicing coverage, developing presentations and marketing kits.
- Assisting with territory campaigns through pro-active contact and relationship building with investment advisors.
- Customer servicing and ongoing client sales support.
- Managing territory data base and sales strategy through MS Dynamics CRM.
- Contributing to the company’s marketing efforts their product knowledge, understanding the financial services industry and providing insights into the competitors in the marketplace.
**Qualifications**
- Previous sales or client service experience.
- Completed or working towards Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- IFIC, CIM, FMA, CFA or MBA would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A mindset focused on continuous growth and improvement.
- Comfort with MS office suite and ability to learn new systems.
- An organized and self-motivated professional skill set.
