The Master Group seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business-to-Business (B2B) Field E-commerce Training and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers in navigating and effectively utilizing our B2B e-commerce platform. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training and onboarding programs, both onsite and remotely, to empower our teams and clients to maximize the potential of our e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities Training Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers. Ensure training content aligns with the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and best practices. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and practical training sessions for Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers through various channels, including in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and video tutorials. Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of technical expertise. Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition onto the e-commerce platform. Provide expert guidance on platform navigation, product searches, order placement, and other relevant features. Continuous Education: Stay updated with industry trends and e-commerce advancements to enhance training content continually. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Support and Troubleshooting: Offer post-training support to Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions related to the e-commerce platform. Documentation: Support creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-learning. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce training initiatives with overall business objectives. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of training and onboarding programs with customers and employees through key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms. Provide regular reports on training progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and e-commerce platforms are a plus. Proven experience (2+ years) in designing and delivering B2B training programs, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry. Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms, online transaction processes, and customer engagement strategies. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and audience backgrounds. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using e-learning tools, virtual training platforms, and multimedia software. Analytical mindset to evaluate training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Knowledge of the HVAC or Construction industries is an asset. Willingness to travel regionally and/or nationally to different branches and customer sites as required. Bilingual an asset.
