Role Description
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Client Sales & Team Manager | Remote to lead our sales efforts. This role is designed for ambitious professionals looking for rapid career advancement within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for developing talent and driving results. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, ensuring effective communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets while aligning with overall company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
