Support Kawartha Dairy’s Peterborough store as a Retail Store Supervisor focused on customer satisfaction, staff coaching, and operational standards.
As a Part Time Retail Store Shift Supervisor, you will assist store management across daily retail operations. Your work includes coaching employees, monitoring procedures, maintaining presentation, and communicating with customers and staff. A flexible schedule supports effective business oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, teach, and communicate with store employees
- Develop staff performance and maintain a productive team environment
- Ensure front-of-house offerings meet presentation standards
- Maintain equipment, building, process, and procedure inspection schedules
- Monitor personnel practices and escalate concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- One to two years restaurant supervision or progressive retail experience
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, teaching, and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt, lead others, multitask, and work independently
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift 25 pounds
