Paulmac's Pets is seeking a Store Manager with at least one year of management experience. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, and animal care. You will provide pet-care guidance, collaborate with the owner and groomers, and support store goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, scheduling, and customer service
- Provide guidance on pet care, products, and services
- Oversee live animal and fish care
- Work with groomers to grow business
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store environment
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of management experience
- Genuine passion for animals and their well-being
- Strong commitment to customer assistance and advice
