Position Overview: We're excited to announce an opening for a licensed Naturopathic Doctors who specializes in both Naturopathy and Acupuncture at our Oakville location. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for natural health, a deep-seated belief in the healing power of naturopathic medicine, and a dedication to providing comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to delve into health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient's needs.
Craft personalized treatment plans that blend naturopathic modalities, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling, to support the patient's health and wellbeing.
Perform thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic lab tests to track and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
Act as a guide and mentor to patients, providing education and support to empower them in their health journey, fostering a proactive approach to their wellness.
Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to patient health.
Dedicate time to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field of naturopathic medicine.
Qualifications:
A Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from a reputable, accredited naturopathic medical school.
Current, active licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
A profound commitment to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on holistic health and prevention.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, though we also welcome new graduates with a strong educational background and a passion for integrative health.
