Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Manager. The Site Manager will implement policies and procedures that protect, maintain, and respect the confidentiality of business operations and the airport authority's security programs while providing, competent, responsible, customer service-oriented personnel who fully understand the priorities. The Site Manager will employ a command structure that clearly defines the levels of responsibility and authority pertaining to the various security staff positions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure all contracted services are performed in the manner and at times specified and provide administration and supervision of the Contractors employees
- Strategically schedule and manage multiple groups of security guards, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Foster professional relationships with Walmart corporate managers and directors, coordinating security efforts to meet organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor security teams, promoting a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough security assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing preventative measures.
- Manage all aspects of incident response and crisis management, including detailed reporting and liaison with law enforcement when necessary.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skillset and readiness of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies and standards related to security and safety.
- Selection and placement of direct reports, productivity, and professional development of team members
- Coordination, tracking and reporting of training of all security personnel
- Monitor and enforce compliance of requirements under the Official Languages Act, including active offers in both English and French and providing bilingual service(s) to the public
- In consultation with Airport Authorities, implement modernized security processes and systems to help the authority achieve a proactive and engaged security posture
- Maintenance of an effective security reporting and guard management system/database to facilitate provision of security related records and statistics to meet Airport Authority needs
- Have oversite of shift scheduling and staffing plans, as well as ensure that all information is available in real-time through a Guard Management Scheduling system which tracks historical schedules and identifies any late attendance or shift vacancies
- Prepare a daily, weekly, and monthly report system that will meet the needs of the Airport Authorities
- Responsible for personnel scheduling, and meeting training requirements
- Participate in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation development
- Attend meetings with the authorities and other airport stakeholders and tenants as required
- Ensure all records and event history shall be retained as protected and confidential information
- The Site Manager will ensure performance of the Services in compliance with the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations (CASR), 2012 forming part of the Aeronautics Act as published by Transport Canada
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Significant supervisory or managerial experience in security management, with a track record of successful team leadership and project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating security policies and procedures to a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in the latest security technologies and systems, with a commitment to staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are highly desirable.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of verifiable employment history
