Senior Sales Support - Auto Equipment & Finance (19-month Fixed-Term) Jan 24, 2026 Job Type: Full TimeTemporary myWork Program: Hybrid Starting Salary Range: $55,600.00-$66,700.00 Enhanced Criminal Record Check Credit Check Identity Verification References Job Purpose The Senior Sales Support (SSS) acts as the key customer interface for the SalesDepartment. The SSS is responsible for the coordination of all client financing requests,effectively managing each stage of the credit application, contract execution and fundingprocess. The SSS will be responsible for managing requests in both the direct and indirectbusiness channels within AEF. In the indirect channel, the SSS will assist the RelationshipManager with fulfilling requests from AEFs dealership/broker partners. This role is proactivein connecting with Dealer/Broker partners, training and completing the sales process. TheSSS contributes to the overall success of the Sales Department growth and ensuresinitiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies andobjectives. The SSS is responsible for ensuring all activities conducted comply withgoverning regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Accountabilities Act as a key customer liaison for Coast Auto and EquipmentFinance by managing day-to-day client inquiries. Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/herrespective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to andeffectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligationswith respect to operational risk. Monitor progress of credit applications from submissionthrough to funding stages. Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports as required. Maintain rigorous quality controls, ensuring accuracy of creditsubmissions and client documentation. Collaborate with and assist the Relationship Manager, infulfilling dealership/broker requests such as liaising with internaldepartments to review dealer escalations. Contacting dealerships/broker and providing them informationon the AEF financing program. Assisting dealerships/brokers with applications submitted viathe Dealertrack/CDP portal. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 – 6 Years of Job-Related Experience.Experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry is considered an asset. CCS willrequire individuals who are fully fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language isconsidered an asset. Bachelor's Degree or a diploma requiring 3 - 4 years of full-time study or equivalent work experience. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong IT proficiency - adapting easily to a variety of accounting platforms/ CRM tools. Proficient at reading Credit Bureau reports. Experience in the sales process to closing of the sale. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Highly collaborative, with a keen focus on the customer. Ability to influence others. Able to work well as part of a team to increase efficiencies and facilitate issuesresolutions.
