Details Position: Training and Development Manager Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $40–$50/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks (with potential for extension) Commitment: Minimum of 15 hours/week Responsibilities Use your professional experience to design and review training-related content for various industries. Ensure that all training materials align with company goals, standards, and are effective for skill development. Analyze and provide feedback on training content quality, clarity, and effectiveness. Work independently and asynchronously, with flexible working hours. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are meeting desired outcomes. Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing AI-generated training content across multiple fields. Requirements Strong professional full-time experience as a Training and Development Manager in the Management of Companies and Enterprises sector. Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles. Excellent analytical, communication, and feedback skills. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
