Position: Email Specialist Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $50–$90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Assist in AI training workflows by working directly within a Gmail client. Follow structured processes with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in email-related tasks. Work with digital tools and interfaces, including Gmail, to perform data-related tasks. Provide support for AI system development by annotating, processing, or verifying email data and content. Collaborate remotely with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving workflows. Light familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is helpful but not required. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Comfort working with digital tools, especially Gmail (digital native profile). Background in STEM or technical disciplines (undergraduates, master's students, or digitally skilled professionals encouraged). Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is a plus, but not necessary. A generalist mindset with adaptability to evolving workflows and processes.
