Kim’s BBQ House is located at #15-228 Schoolhouse Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6V7. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Food Services Managers. Wages: CAD$ /hour (depending on skills & experiences) Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, nights, weekend openings & closing, and holidays) Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations Plan and control budget and inventory Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary Recruit and oversee staff training, conduct performance reviews Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events Manage catering, events, advertisements Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school; Minimum 3 years work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management an asset Language at work: English #J-18808-Ljbffr
