**Job Title: Line Operator****Responsibilities**Perform automated system level testing on network switching equipment to ensure product functionalityConduct automated system-level testing including Pre-Test, Burn-In, and Final Test.Monitor and report any test failures to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.Identify and communicate software or equipment issues or potential improvements.Assemble PCBA into product cases and perform inspections as per the inspection procedure.Handle final assembly and packaging of products using fixtures and power/hand tools.Follow detailed process instructions to meet daily production goals.Prepare and kit picklists for the lines and assist peers with water spider and de-trashing activities.Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment.Contribute to team efforts by freely sharing ideas and working at different stations to minimize fatigue.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in using test equipment and hand tools for assembly.Manufacturing and electrical assembly experience.Familiarity with ISA, 5''s, ESD, and lean manufacturing principles.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with SAP inventory is a plus.Test technician and PCB experience are beneficial.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy the stability of a long-term contract where many have worked for over five years.
